Watching RevAbs....getting myself motivated for Jan 2010

Watching the first set of dvds that I will have to do on Phase 1 for the first 45 days of this 90 Day Challenge.....everything looks good....I trouble zone is Push-Ups....maybe because I had Carpal Tunnel on both of my wrists. So doing push-ups is sometimes hard for me. I will probably have to do them on my knees instead of lifting myself all the way up.
But loving this new workout...I love the fact it has the timer at the side too. I like knowing how much longer I have. LOL Can't wait... :)
